It is being marketed as Games Defender by a very shaky games site. There are thousands of complaints about it not doing its’ job, causing problems like yours and even totally trashing machines. Do NOT install it. Download the free scanner from http://malwarebytes.org and run a full scan. The download AVG free from http://free.avg.com.
NEVER borrow uncertain software from other people.

Well heres the thing the first thing you should do is try to open up your system restore program, All computers come with this, It rolls back your computer to the earliest time when you DIDN’T have a virus. It will kinda get rid of some virus and make it functionally where you can do something on your desktop like open up programs and run software. You should do that first and theres a chance it will prevent the virus from blocking your anti virus from loading. Defragging your disk will do nothing it just makes more available space doesnt get rid of viruses. After you go to Start > Type System Restore In the search box > open up system restore and follow the directions it will tell you to rollback your settings to the earliest date. After you have done that it will go back in time 3-4 months to when it did work and hopefully your computer will be functionally again then what you do next is run your antivirus and malwarebytes after the system restart and hope that it will get your computer up and running again.
How do i know this, i just had a virus today
heh and system restore fixed it along
