I have heard of BitDefender, Viper, Norton, and Mccafee. I have BitDefender it crashes on me every once and a while. So does anyone have opinions on other anti virus software?

We’ve used Norton antivirus (by Symantec) with success for a number of years. We used a free program before that, but got a virus anyway – so switched to a pay program. I bought a Kaspersky anti virus software and installed on my laptop two months ago. My laptop is broken, never used again. Now I bought a new laptop, can I continue using the Kaspersky on my new laptop? My kespersky is three years version.

It depends on what you bought. If you bought it from a store, check the package. If it says 1 use, than you can’t use it again. If It says 3 uses or more, than you can use it that number of times.

My daughter has a laptop that she suspects is infected. I currently don’t have internet connection because of short of money. When I did. I seemed to have downloaded a virus in my computer. Windows installer keeps blinking on and off.
