Can I transfer anti-virus software from one computer to another using a flash drive?

My computer has a virus which is denying me access the internet. I do not have any anti virus software on it and can’t download any because it can’t get on the internet. So, is there anyway I can download anti virus software from another computer on a flash drive, and transfer it onto my computer?
Guess I should have also added: how exactly do I do that? I’d need step-by step instructions.
I answered your question early on, you have malware with proxy server, malware is NOT classed as a virus, therefore anti virus software will not remove your malware.
